I need a sign with a different layout then is shown on your website?

No problem, we can customize the sign in any way. Just purchase the sign using the sign maker and in the special instructions field please tell us how you would like it made. There is no extra charge for this.

How many letters are allowed on a street sign?

Usually I like to stay under 22 letters for the main heading and 4 or less for the street ending. I suggest using an abbreviated street ending, ST, RD BLVD, etc. or I can leave the street ending off all together. If you have any changes please make a note in the special instructions field.

How fast can I receive my sign?

Extremely fast. Your sign is shipped the same day via Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day service. Items will be shipped the same day payment arrives with Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Orders or PayPal (my account ID is muddy@bigplanet.com) and 4 days for Personal Checks to clear.

Is there a discount for purchasing multiple signs?

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes, if your sign arrives damaged or you are not 100% satisfied please contact me for and I will refund your entire money including shipping.
